In reality SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a “DIY” platform. Everyone could give it a try.  But of course, the construction of it and manipulation to top it up is a totally different back-end story.

Which leads us to some of these serious advertisers who do eventually outsource.

There are incidents however whereby some clients indulge on SEM services as a testing pad. — And as a campaign manager, it’s our job to educate them on the fundamentals of SEM,  shower them with information, analysis and recommendations right from the very initial stage of their campaign.  Often times it does “pains” us when clients eventually move on and back to “DIY” with all the keywords, campaign structure and the knowledge we have imparted.

Well, It is normal.

This has been a never ending debate in the SEM arena. Oh wells, on a lighter note! Just put yourself in a Teacher’s shoe, we’re here to impart knowledge & to be of service.  And Hey! you’ve done your job!
