Senior Web Designer
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and multi-talented Senior Web Designer to lead as well as take part in the creative direction for our clients' websites. The candidate should posses a strong understanding in web technologies, basic HTML codes and standards, and interactive Flash design capabilities. For this position, we are only considering applicants residing in Singapore.
Position will be based in:

Responsibilities:
Plan, oversee, and execute website creative from site mockups to graphic ad and icon design; this includes real-time work, not just direction.
Create online and printed promotional materials.
Participate in collaborative design and project planning sessions.
Create visually appealing and UI centric conceptual designs for an addictive and captivating online experience.
Maintain and ensure that the brand remains consistent across digital and print media.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate, relay tasks, and set agendas with both coders and sales team.
A strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign.
An awareness of SEO standards and web analytics.
A competent understanding of semantic markup and CSS standards; ability to slice and dice for cross-browser compatibility... yes, IE6.
Strong understanding of web typography, and grids.
Fluent in HTML/XHTML; an extensive knowledge of CSS; and understanding of debug tools such as Firebug.
A semi-working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP is not required, but would be helpful.
