Nikon Case Study

Nikon started its online regional technical support site in December 2004. Since then, they have been adding FAQs, new firmware and software updates to the system, and allowing its customers to contact Nikon through the system where its regional support officers are able to assist them with their technical enquiries. The system was very effective for its customers to obtain quality support from Nikon as this was accessible online.

HSBC Case Study with clickTRUE

For the competitive online travel insurance business, HSBC engaged clickTRUE to craft out a Search Engine Marketing campaign to drive online applications for their TravelSurance Plus product.

Case Study on Men's Health with clickTRUE

The client has just launched the local online version of the popular international Men’s Health publication. clickTRUE was commissioned to analyse the new website and put forth SEO recommendations for implementation by the client.

A major challenge was to conceptualise and execute a large scale, regional campaign within the short time frame of less than a month.

Nikon social media case study

Nikon wanted to get on the social media space, engage its younger audiences, create a vibrant fanbase for Nikon in the Asian region and market the latest Nikon products more directly. A Social Media Marketing strategy was subsequently developed and implemented, helping Nikon achieve an active fanbase of over 10,000 in less than four months.
