(a) Subscription to newsletter:
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be asked to provide your email address, which we will use to deliver the requested information to. Should you no longer desire to receive updates from us, you may remove yourself from our list through the unsubscribe option in the newsletters.

(b) Downloading of freebies:
From time to time, we offer free ebooks, whitepapers and more. These downloads are available to you should you should initiate it by providing the required contact information. The information obtained will be used to deliver the requested information. It will also be used for our own marketing purposes, to promote services from us.

(c) Payment for Services:
In engaging us for our Services, we will retain your information in order to contact you with regards to the billing of our Services.

(d) Signing up for events/conferences:
If you sign up for our events and conferences, we will retain the information in order to follow up on your registration, to contact you with regards to changes in the events, and to respond to any inquiries you may have.

(e) Inquiries and requests for consultations:
We will use the information provided to contact you or your company to follow up on the consultation requests. We aim to respond to each request within 1-2 working days.

We will comply with the 9 Main Data Protection Obligations of the PDPA in our campaigns where personal data is collected.
